A Few Words About Me

I am a full time IT Professional and have been with my current employer for over 27 years. I've worked with all kinds of technology (servers, laptops, desktops, etc.). I have always been very customer focused.

An iPhone is an important tool used daily by many. To be without it for even a short period of time is difficult as we have become very dependent on it. I learned and experienced that first hand when I had to have my iPhone repaired and eventually replaced.

I'm a single parent raising my daughter. I enjoy hiking and walking.
