Warranty Protects Against:

  • Screen/LCD, and any other repaired or replaced parts, that malfunction, do not work properly, or do not fully satisfy the customer


Warranty Does NOT Protect Against:

  • Accidental or purposeful drops after iCracked repairs the device
  • Water damage, both before and after iCracked repairs the device
  • Tampering with internal hardware after iCracked repairs the device
  • Damage resulting from attempted customer repair after iCracked repairs the device
  • Unlocked or jailbroken devices before and after iCracked repairs the device

Do It Yourself Kits Warranty

All of iCracked's DIY Repair Kits carry a warranty only on the new screen/LCD or part all the way up until the customer removes iCracked's protective films, holographic stickers, and/or adhesive and begins the do it yourself repair.


Because you, the customer, are performing the repair yourself rather than having a professionally trained iTech repair your device, you agree to accept all risk and liability when performing the repair and assume all responsibility in the event that your repair is unsuccessful.


If the customer's DIY repair is unsuccessful and the customer is at fault, iCracked will offer the customer a 25% discount off of iCracked's Mail-In Service through a specific coupon code the customer must retrieve from an official iCracked customer service representative.


If the customer's DIY repair is unsuccessful and an official iCracked customer service representative has determined iCracked is at fault, iCracked will provide the customer with the option to either reattempt the repair themselves again with a new part free of charge or simply use iCracked's Mail-In Service free of charge.


Do It Yourself Kits Refund Policy:

All of iCracked's DIY Repair Kits non-refundable, unless the new part is unopened and unused and all parts and proprietary materials are in perfect condition. In the event that a customer wishes to return an unused DIY Repair Kit, iCracked will refund the customer, minus a 15% restocking fee, once the DIY Kit is received by iCracked HQ.


If at any point in time before the do it yourself repair, the customer decides to not perform the repair, iCracked will allow the customer to mail the DIY Repair Kit with their device to iCracked HQ where a professional iTech will perform the repair at no extra cost.
