Over the last three years, we’ve kept a close eye on the burgeoning tech scene in Tokyo. As one of the strongest iOS markets in the world, we knew there was huge opportunity to bring iCracked to the Japanese consumer and service this previously untapped market. No other company has yet established itself as a trusted brand in iPhone repair, and that’s exactly what we plan to do. In our first-ever retail venture, iCracked is expanding into Japan.
Partnering with Japanese conglomerate, Hikari Tsushi, we’ve opened a retail storefront in the heart of Tokyo. Opening today, December 3, the iCracked storefront will provide customers with immediate quality smartphone repairs. We’ve trained and equipped a fleet of iTechs in Japan to uphold the same quality of customer service and repair expertise we’ve all worked hard to establish up to this point. The launch of Japan is our first retail initiative, and will serve as the roadmap for rapid expansion into other markets.
