Today we are thrilled to introduce a new division of iCracked. As an extension of our core services, iCracked for Business will provide solutions for companies in need of professional, cost-effective, efficient repair and support services for company-wide stocks of mobile devices and tablets.
Many of the repairs we’ve done over over the last six years have occurred in office settings and from that we have accumulated a great deal of knowledge and understanding about how organizations care for their employee’s devices on a large scale. We discovered a massive pain point felt by IT managers, CIOs and asset managers across the U.S., and saw what a huge detractor device management can be to their employee productivity. Some lightbulbs went on.
We started small, offering dedicated iTechs to a select group of clients to further understand what they needed and when they needed it. From there, we grew our internal teams and services and began to construct what would be the next chapter of iCracked – enterprise.
