Matching brand to vision: a new look for iCracked

A note from iCracked CEO AJ Forsythe.

This morning, we’re rolling out a new look for iCracked.

As you might imagine, things have changed since we repaired our first iPhone 3G in a dorm room back in 2010. What was an entrepreneurial idea grown out of my love for technology and tinkering habits, has grown into a passion for keeping people connected to their most precious devices.

Ultimately, technology simplifies and enriches our lives. It allows us to stay connected to the people that matter to us. It allows us to interact with, control, and better understand our immediate surroundings. But, something happens along the way.

With each additional chapter of innovation, amazing integration or leap in technology, things have gotten more complicated, more time consuming and more frustrating to make all of our technology work together in perfect harmony. Too often, technology needs to be setup, installed, hardwired, updated, integrated, and of course, too often, things just break.

With those advancements, the gap between the joy of purchasing and the joy of using your technology grows.

This is what we want the new iCracked to be. We want to bridge the ever-widening gap between people and that moment of magic they experience when their technology just simply works the way it should – whenever and wherever they need it most.

We’re incredibly proud to introduce our new brand to you — one that represents that moment of magic between you and your technology. As we look to the future, we’re incredibly excited to continuously improve and expand our offerings in support of this mission.

While we’ve worked tirelessly to improve our product, what you love most about iCracked service remains the same- the peace of mind knowing that friendly, trustworthy experts are always there to ensure you’re getting the most out of your technology.

Please head over to our new site and enjoy.

Here’s to magic!
